On July 23, 2023, Idaho County Detectives were advised of a sex offense which occurred in Idaho County. After an investigation, an arrest warrant was issued. Brett Cereghino, age 34, of Lucile, Idaho was arrested on two counts of felony lewd and lascivious conduct with a minor child under the age of 16.
