Marissa Carper, of Pullman, Selected for FBI National Academy Youth Leadership Program

PULLMAN – Each year, 62 exceptional young leaders from around the globe are selected to attend the 8-day Youth Leadership Program at the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia.

This highly competitive program requires high academic standards, good citizenship, and nomination by an FBI National Academy Associates (FBINAA) Chapter. Through intensive instruction by law enforcement training instructors, students enjoy lifelong enrichment activities to support their drive for knowledge, and their desire to make a difference.

Pullman Police Chief Gary Jenkins was very proud to nominate PHS junior Marissa Carper, selected as the 2022 FBINAA Washington Chapter delegate. Marissa is active in a variety of sports, student government, and public service activities, and is an outstanding representative of our City of Pullman community, Pullman Public Schools, and Washington State.
