McGhee Elementary Castle Park Closed Due to Report of Rattlesnakes in Playground

Lewiston, Idaho.  McGhee Elementary Castle Park is closed until further notice.

A patron reported finding rattlesnakes on the playground at McGhee Elementary. The report states the snakes were found not during school hours. Idaho Fish and Game has made a thorough sweep of the area and has not found any evidence of rattlesnakes. They will continue to monitor the playground today and tomorrow morning. The area has been taped off and the playground is closed to students and the public until Idaho Fish and Game concludes further investigation.
