MOSCOW – Gritman Medical Center recently had a tote-ally awesome donation from Moscow’s Debbie Horbuckle.
Assisted by her loyal feline companion, an adopted stray cat named Georgie, Horbuckle handmade these quality tote bags in support of their hospital’s patients and staff.
“I love to help support the good people working at the hospital,” Horbuckle said. “I don’t like selling the tote bags—I like giving them away.”
Horbuckle is an active member of the community and also spends her time volunteering at the Latah Recovery Center, making quilts for veterans, and donated masks to the University of Idaho earlier in the pandemic.
“Thank you, Debbie and Georgie, for the wonderful surprise and all the care you give with every stitch!” Gritman Medical Center said in a Facebook post.
