(Lewiston, ID) On October 3rd, 2024, the Nez Perce County Sheriff’s Office was made aware of a sex offender from Oregon that has not registered since 2007. The offender, Timothy Brink, was charged with sexual abuse in the third degree in Colombia County, Oregon in 2003. He was charged multiple times in Oregon for failing to register. Brink failed to notify Oregon that he was in Idaho, he also failed to notify Idaho and register here.
On October 7, a Deputy went to Brink’s home in Lewiston and placed him under arrest for failing to register as a sex offender. The Nez Perce County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank the Washington County Sheriff’s Office in Oregon for their assistance in this matter.
