The Idaho State Police is investigating a crash that occurred on US95 near milepost 353, south of Viola, Idaho. A 1994 Geo Metro, driven by a 33-year-old male from Viola, was stopped northbound, preparing to turn west onto Trestle Road after southbound traffic cleared. A white 2021 Toyota Tacoma, driven by a 22-year-old male from Coeur d’Alene, pulled to a stop behind the Geo Metro. A 2005 White Ford F250, driven by a 48-year-old male from Princeton, was heading northbound and failed to stop for the other two stopped vehicles. The Ford struck the rear of the Toyota, which was pushed forward and struck the rear of the Geo. There were no injuries in the crash and all drivers were wearing seatbelts. The investigation is continuing.
