NOTICE: PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Nez Perce County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 3rd, at 10 a.m. in the Brammer Building Conference Room, 1225 Idaho Street, Lewiston, Idaho concerning the following:
TA2022-2 Flood Control Ordinance: An amendment to Title 104, Flood Control and Section 101.01.030.-Definitions in the Nez Perce County Land Development Code, to provide for changes to the ordinance to align with state standards.
Any person or persons wishing to testify at the hearing shall appear at the date and time mentioned above, in person or in the virtual format provided below.
