Aurich is passionate about care across the lifespan–performing child wellness exams and sports physicals, as well as preventative treatment and care for chronic conditions.
“I enjoy building relationships with my patients, and I feel working in a rural clinic gives me more time to build those relationships and provide care for the entire family,” she said.
Involvement in her grandfather’s end-of-life care initially inspired Aurich to go to nursing school. The hospice nurses were compassionate in their care for her grandfather, she said, but also took the time to educate Aurich and her family about the care they were providing.
Education and informed treatment are vital to Aurich’s own work as a primary care provider. She is proud to have the opportunity to care for an entire family through her role at Kendrick Family Medicine, whether that’s the management of chronic conditions or prevention methods with an aim to improve a patient’s overall well-being.
Aurich is accepting new patients. Gritman’s Kendrick Family Medicine clinic is located at 606 E. Main St., Kendrick, and accepts all major forms of insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid. Schedule an appointment by calling 208-289-3841. Learn more at gritman.org/clinics.
