(Springfield, OR) — PacificSource Health Plans is pleased to welcome Tracy-Ann Mussenden as vice president of medical management. She will be an important member of PacificSource’s executive team, overseeing utilization and care management as well as health promotion and wellness for members.
Mussenden has more than 19 years of experience helping teams implement clinical operations and utilization management strategies as well as improve operational quality and efficiency. She has held leadership roles at Kaiser Permanente, Centene, and Meridian Health. Most recently, as senior director of utilization management and clinical operations at Kaiser Permanente, she drove improvements in patient care and cost savings.

Mussenden holds a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Nova Southeastern University (Florida) and a Master of Executive Health Administration from Florida Atlantic University. She is pursuing a Doctor of Health Administration from Capella University. She is also a registered nurse.
Mussenden will be primarily based out of PacificSource’s Tacoma, Wash., office.
