GRANGEVILLE – On September 28, The Reliance Center began taking their mobile medication unit to Grangeville. Services will be offered from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. every other Wednesday. Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins are welcome.
The mobile unit will be parked at 113 W. North Street in downtown Grangeville.
Services Offered include:
- STD testing and treatment
- Pregnancy tests
- Abortion options and consultations
- Abortion information
- Ultrasounds
- Life coaching and peer counseling
- Birth control consultations
- Post-Abortion support
- Pregnancy loss support
All medical services are performed by licensed medical personnel under the direct supervision of a medical director. All services are cost-free and require no income verification.
