Road Work and Power Outage at 21st and 12th- 11th Ave.

21st Street (northbound) from 12th Avenue to 11th Avenue is currently closed as Avista Utilities works to restore power to roughly 129 customers. A single-vehicle accident caused the electric outage when a car left the roadway and struck a pole. Avista Utilities estimates that power may be restored by 2:45 pm. In the meantime, if you can find an alternate route, please do.
