Overnight lows will be in 60s to low 70s. * WHERE...Portions of Central and Eastern Washington and North Idaho. * WHEN...From noon Saturday to 10 PM PDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Take extra precautions when outside.
