PRIEST RIVER – Idaho State Police is investigating a single-vehicle crash that occurred just before 8:07 a.m. on Monday, June 20th, in Bonner County, Idaho.
The crash occurred on State Highway 57 near milepost 8, just north of Priest River. A 72-year-old male, from Newport, Washington, was driving a maroon 2016 Nissan Frontier pickup, with a male passenger, northbound on State Highway 57, when he drove into the northbound ditch.
The driver overcorrected entering back onto the roadway going left of center and rolling in the southbound ditch. The driver and passenger were wearing seat belts. The crash remains under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
