LEWISTON – Spirit Halloween has officially kicked off their spooky season and is hard at work raising money for the Shriners Children Hospital, as well as, spreading the Halloween spirit.
Spirit is a one-stop shop for all things Halloween, from costumes to home decor, to accessories, and so much more, your entire family can get ready for the creepy holiday together. However, Spirit is much more than your average store. Their employees work tirelessly to set up shop in a matter of a week and take down in just a mere few days after Halloween.
Assistant Manager, Simeon Hall explained the store has a goal of doing a million dollars in sales within their few spooky months of operation. They also hope to raise as much money as possible for the little goblins and ghouls at the Shriners Children Hospital in Spokane by community members rounding up at the register or purchasing one of their rubber bracelets.
Despite the rocky start for employees cleaning up after vandals broke into the store before opening day and spraying a plethora of fire extinguishers, Hall and his team opened on time and are ready to share their scary spirit with the LC Valley.
Aside from the fun already waiting for individuals when they walk into the store, those who sign up for Spirit’s email list online will receive 30% off in-store purchases. Those that are wanting to test their luck can also enter to win $13,000 at SpiritHalloween.com/Sweeps and earn 20% off a single item.
