EXCESSIVE HEAT WATCH IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
SATURDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Very hot temperatures.  High temperatures 96 to 108.
  Limited overnight relief with low temperatures in the mid 60s to
  mid 70s.

* WHERE...Portions of North and North Central Idaho and Central,
  East Central, North Central, Northeast, and Southeast Washington.

* WHEN...From Friday afternoon through Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...Heat will increase the risk of heat-related illnesses,
  especially those without effective cooling or adequate hydration.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.

Today: Sunny and hot, with a high near 104. Light and variable wind. Mostly clear, with a low around 73. North wind around 5 mph becoming light and variable in the evening.

Friday: Sunny and hot, with a high near 110. East wind 3 to 6 mph. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 77.

Saturday: Partly sunny and hot, with a high near 104. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 76.
