Voters Can Still Apply for Absentee Ballots for Orofino Joint School District #171 Election

LEWISTON – Ballots for the Orofino Joint School District #171 Election were mailed to all eligible voters on August 7, 2023.  If you have not received a ballot and you are registered and eligible to vote, please contact the Nez Perce County Elections Department immediately. Friday, August 18, 2023, is the last day to submit applications for mail-out absentee ballots. All applications must be received by the Auditor Recorder’s Office no later than 5:00 p.m.

Mail-out ballots must be received by Tuesday, August 29, 2023, at 8:00 p.m. to be counted.

If you need to register to vote or re-register due to a name or address change, Election Day Registration and voting will be available at the Nez Perce County Courthouse, 1230 Main St, Lewiston, on August 29, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
