Approximately 259 Avista electric customers in Waverly and Latah will experience a planned power outage starting at 10 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 4, and ending at 4 a.m. on
Wednesday, Oct. 5.

The planned work will be taking place on Highway 27 north of the town of Latah. The power outage is necessary as Avista crews upgrade equipment in the area. The work will increase reliability and reduce future outages. No road closures are expected during this outage.
