SPOKANE – Confidence is growing in seeing scattered severe storms late this afternoon and evening across SE WA & the southern ID Panhandle. Very heavy rain, wind gusts of 50-60 mph, and hail up to 1 inch is possible. With heavy rain, localized flooding and rises in rivers and streams are also a concern.
