WHERE…Oakesdale, Uniontown, Rosalia, Moscow, La Crosse, Potlatch, Colfax, Pullman, Tekoa, Plummer, and Genesee. WHEN…For the Winter Storm Warning, until 1 AM PST Wednesday. For the Wind Chill Watch, from late tonight through late Thursday night. IMPACTS…Roads will likely become slick and snow covered. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes. The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
