IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes. ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Temperatures will warm near to above freezing this afternoon with minimal snow accumulations. Temperatures will drop with increasing snow this evening with the passage of an Arctic front.

Additional snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches. For the Wind Chill Watch, dangerously cold wind chills possible. Wind chills as low as 35 below zero. WHERE…Oakesdale, Uniontown, Rosalia, Moscow, La Crosse, Potlatch, Colfax, Pullman, Tekoa, Plummer, and Genesee. WHEN…For the Winter Storm Warning, until 1 AM PST Wednesday. For the Wind Chill Watch, from late tonight through late Thursday night. IMPACTS…Roads will likely become slick and snow covered. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes. The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Wind chill values may fall to extremely dangerous levels. ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Snow will let up for a few hours this morning then increase in intensity again later this afternoon and evening.
