Women’s Leadership Guild Hosts Local Non-Profit Night for Grant Awards

(PULLMAN, WA) —The Pullman Regional Hospital Women’s Leadership Guild is hosting its annual Non-Profit Night on Thursday, September 19 at the WSU Lewis Alumni Center, in Pullman, WA, starting at 6 p.m.

Twelve non-profit agencies have applied for $2,000 each in grant funding from the Women’s Leadership Guild. A thorough review of all applications was completed; nine applicants will present their mission and project requests for funding. For the 2024-25 grant cycle, the Women’s Leadership Guild has $10,000 in grant funding available.

Women’s Leadership Guild members will vote to award funding, but everyone is welcome to attend Non-Profit Night and learn more about the Guild and the presenting local non-profit agencies, which include:
Boys & Girls Clubs
Circles of Caring Adult Day Health
Family Promise of the Palouse
One More Time
Palouse Habitat for Humanity
Palouse Discovery Science Center
Pullman Regional Hospital Strangulation Training
United Way of Whitman County
Willow Center
The Women’s Leadership Guild—established in January of 2015—empowers regional non-profit agencies in support of women’s and children’s health and Pullman Regional Hospital’s highest needs through membership contributions. To date, the Guild has raised and gifted more than $306,650.

The 42-member Guild is chaired by Stacey Swift and includes board members, Cheryl Oliver, Susie Skavdahl, and Katie Van Wyngarden.
