I have lived in the Lewis/Clark valley almost all of my life. My passions in life are my family, my faith, and real estate. I have been in real estate for over 10 years. I also own and run a local storage and U-Haul facility. This helps me offer my clients several moving resources. Our beautiful valley offers the great outdoors at its best. Because most of the people that buy here are from other areas. They are use to internet sites. Its amazing how many homes in the area can't be found without looking at their specific realtor office. Seller reviewShe was friendly, knowledgable, easy to reach, always kept me up to date on what was happening from start to finish. That for me is key to a great realtor, keeping me up to date. Answered my questions promptly. I was so pleased that she stayed up with all aspects of the sale. No question was too dumb to ask and she immediately got back to me with answers even though at one point she was on vacation. I knew I could trust her to keep me informed of every step of the sale from advertising to closing as We Had used her for another sale 5 years previously. Being informed is critical for me but she is so personable I knew prospective buyers or sellers would love her! She had many showings and helped me stage it properly and do some cleanup as we had moved to a different state during the sale so I couldn't do anything. We got our money in 3 days do to her persistence in staying up with the other realtor, title company. Inspector and appraiser. Lacey is why I would tell others to use Century 21. She represents the company well. She is the only realtor I used while living in WA, but I tell everyone that she is highly motivated to sell or help you buy your property and will keep you informed every step of the way!

Then when it came time to sell 6 years later, she is the only person we considered. She has been fantastic during both the buying and selling process. Lacey is the best real estate agent I've ever worked with. She is kind, responsive, and most importantly gets things done in a timely manner. I will work with her again if I need another property in the valley.
