1. Go to the beach

2. Check out the Petroglyphs at Buffalo Eddy
   • Buffalo Eddy is a well-known beach along the Snake River that showcases historical petroglyphs and pictographs left by the ancestors of the nimíipuu (Nez Perce).
3. Go to the park
   • There are numerous parks in the valley great for the whole family: 
     • Sunset Park
     • Hereth Park
     • Hells Gate State Park
     • Kiwanis Park
4. Go for a walk/hike.  
   • If you are looking to connect with nature without driving out of the city, here are a few great spots for a casual walk or hike:

5. Go Fishing
   • There are countless fishing spots along the Snake River, and once you purchase a fishing license it is good for one full calendar year.

       • 13 & Under: No license needed
