Last week, the Idaho County Sheriff’s Office made two separate felony arrests.
On October 6, 2022, Grangeville City Police had a vehicle stopped with a person of interest to the Idaho County Sheriff’s Office on an unrelated incident. Idaho County deputies responded and spoke to the subject regarding theft of checks from the Kooskia area.
Levi Wilson, age 33, of Kamiah, Idaho was arrested for five counts of felony grand theft. He was also cited for misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.
On October 7, 2022, Idaho County deputies were assisting Idaho County Probation and Parole and District 2 Probation and Parole on an unannounced home visit in Grangeville, Idaho.
Idaho County K9 Nation alerted to several locations in the residence. Sherri Dewey, age 62, of Grangeville, Idaho was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.
