Avista Customers Near Harrison to Experience a Planned Power Outage

SPOKANE – Approximately 520 Avista electric customers in Harrison, ID will experience a planned power outage on Tuesday, November 15. The planned outage will begin at 8:00 a.m. and end at 12:00 p.m. lasting approximately four hours. Impacted customers have been notified. 

During this time, Avista crews will be performing maintenance on equipment on Highway 97 between Well Springs Road and Panorama View. Traffic control will be in place. Temporary lane closures are expected during this outage. Avista is continually updating equipment and infrastructure to increase the safety and reliability of its system.
