(Spokane, WA) On Saturday evening, law enforcement in North Idaho and Spokane arrested Frank CUNNINGHAM,41, in Spokane, Washington.
On February 7, 2025, the First Judicial District Court for Kootenai County, in Coeur d’Alene, issued an arrest warrant for CUNNINGHAM, charging him with three counts of Rape and three counts of Video Voyeurism. CUNNINGHAM allegedly raped his victim, and video recorded the incident(s).
The Coeur d’Alene Police Department diligently conducted the investigation and immediately began searching for CUNNIGHMAN. On February 8, 2025, the Coeur d’Alene Police Department, the U.S. Marshals task force out of Coeur d’Alene and Spokane, along with the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office and U.S. Border Patrol, located CUNNINGHAM near S. Thor St. and E. Third Ave., in Spokane. Though CUNNINGHAM is a resident of Coeur d’Alene, it appears he frequents the Spokane area.
United States Marshal for the District of Idaho Brent Bunn expressed his gratitude for the swift efforts of all the law enforcement agencies involved in this investigation. United States Marshal Bunn noted, “the arrest of this suspect will help bring justice to the victim in this despicable crime.”
