(Moscow, ID) The National Weather Service has issued a Cold Weather Advisory for February 10 at 8:00 PM to February 12 at 12:00 PM. The advisory cautions that cold overnight air temperatures and wind chills of 5 to 10 degrees below zero are expected across the Palouse. The City of Moscow will open the Hamilton Indoor Recreation Center (HIRC) as an overnight warming center on Monday evening. Anyone wishing to stay at the HIRC must report to the facility by no later than 10:00 PM and bring their own bedding and sleeping pad.
