Idaho County Man Arrested for Firing Gun During Public Altercation

(Idaho County) On October 19, 2024, at approximately 02:29 AM, Idaho County Dispatch received a report of a verbal altercation where a male subject had pulled out a gun and fired it during the altercation.

Idaho County Deputies were dispatched to meet with the reporting parties and gather more information. The Deputies were unable to make contact with the suspects. 

A search warrant for the suspects residence was obtained and served on October 19, 2024, at approximately 3:02 PM. 

Upon searching the residence under the search warrant, Deputies recovered a stolen firearm out of Moscow, ID, three stolen firearms from a burglary in Idaho County, methamphetamines, marijuana, paraphernalia, psilocybin mushrooms, and multiple firearms with various rounds of ammunition.

Kassidy Parker, age 36, of Kooskia, ID, was arrested and booked into the Idaho County Jail for felony possession of methamphetamine, felony aiding & abetting in a felony (unlawful possession of a firearm), felony grand theft by possession of stolen property, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, misdemeanor possession of psilocybin mushrooms and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
