Idaho County man arrested for possession of fentanyl

(Idaho County) On December 4, 2024, Idaho County deputies were on routine patrol on Highway 12 near milepost  68 and stopped a vehicle for a traffic equipment violation. 

After contacting the driver and passenger, the deputies determined the passenger was the subject  of an Idaho County felony warrant for stalking and placed him under arrest. 

Roman McFarlan, age 28, was arrested on the Idaho County felony warrant, felony possession of fentanyl, and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.

It is important to remember that all individuals accused of crimes are  considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
