On September 17, 2023, Idaho County Dispatch took a report of stalking occurring in the Kamiah area. Idaho County deputies responded and at the conclusion of their investigation, they requested an arrest warrant, and it was granted. On September 19, 2023, Robert Heun, age 26, of Kamiah, Idaho was arrested on an Idaho County warrant for felony stalking in the first degree.
