On March 1, 2023, around 1:45 PM, Idaho County Dispatch received a call about a domestic dispute in progress happening on Toll Road outside of Kooskia, Idaho.
Idaho County deputies responded and located a male subject about 100 yards behind a house.
After investigating the incident, an arrest was made. Michael Fignani, age 30, of Kooskia, Idaho was arrested for felony attempted strangulation, misdemeanor domestic battery, and misdemeanor malicious injury to property.
