Little Encourages Idahoans to Watch Texas Border Press Conference

BOISE – Governor Brad Little is encouraging Idahoans to watch the live stream of Sunday’s press conference during which he, Texas Governor Greg Abbott, and 13 other governors will speak on the unprecedented actions taken to protect Americans in response to President Joe Biden’s open border policies.

The event is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. (MST) on Sunday, February 4, and will stream Governor Abbott’s Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/events/s/watch-governor-abbott-hosts-fe/413894227656433/

The Governors will be joined by Texas Department of Public Safety Deputy Director Freeman Martin, Adjutant General of Texas Major General Thomas Suelzer, and Texas Border Czar Mike Banks. Before the press conference, the Governors will receive a briefing on the Operation Lone Star mission to secure the border.

Governor Abbott issued a statement last week on Texas’ constitutional right to defend and protect itself during the unprecedented crisis at the border.
