McFarlan, a Homeless Male, Arrested for Two Felonies

On January 22, 2024, at approximately 6:00 AM, Idaho County Deputies responded to the Clear Creek area.

Deputies had taken previous reports of burglaries at a residence. The owner advised no one should be at or in the residence. When the deputies arrived, there was a fire burning in the wood stove, there was a dog in the house, and fresh food was open.

Deputies checked all the outbuildings and were unable to locate anyone. The deputies left the residence. They returned later and found a male subject inside the house.

Roman McFarlan, age 27, homeless, was arrested for a felony Idaho County warrant, felony burglary, and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.
