2. Consideration and Decision of the Minutes of the Commissioners’ Public Hearing regarding ZC2024-1 Hewett/Steigers held on May 23, 2024.

NEW BUSINESS

1. Consideration and Decision of Resolution No. 2024-05-078.  A Resolution to approve and accept a bid for the Nez Perce County Fairgrounds Pavilion Re-Roof and Miscellaneous Envelope Repairs Project; and further providing for an effective date.
2. Consideration and Decision of Resolution No. 2024-05-079.  A Resolution to approve and accept an Independent Contractor Contract between Nez Perce County and Summer Overberg for Clinical Services; and further providing for an effective date.
3. Consideration and Decision of Resolution No. 2024-05-080.  A Resolution approving an Intergovernmental Agreement for Residential Treatment Services with the State of Idaho/Department of Juvenile Corrections, and authorizing Douglas W. Havens, as Chairman of the Board of the Nez Perce County Commissioners, to execute the Agreement on behalf of the Board, and further providing for an effective date.
4. First Reading by Title Only of Ordinance No. 115.  An Ordinance of Nez Perce County amending and enacting Section [A]105.5 of the International Building Code, 2018 Edition, Section R105.5 of the International Residential Code, 2018 Edition, and Section [A]105.5 of the International Existing Building Code, and further providing for an effective date.
