On October 29, 2023 at approximately 3:39pm, Orofino Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a silver in color vehicle, and made contact with the driver, identified as Kari Phillips, 36, of Salem, Oregon.
Upon investigation, a search of the vehicle was conducted and Phillips was subsequently arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance (IC: 37-3732(c )(1) ), Drug Paraphernalia – Use or Possess (IC: 37-2734A(1) ) as well as Possession of Marijuana (IS 37-2732(c) (1)).
