LEWISTON – Avista Utilities experienced a power outage this morning that affected around 1,000 people in Lewiston. The cause of this outage is still unclear, however witnesses reported seeing a huge flash of pink light illuminate the eastern sky, east of HWY 95 at Genesee at 5:54 AM.
