Major League Baseball® Pitch Hit & Run™ (PHR) is a FREE, one-day event for boys and girls ages 7-14. Pitch Hit &RunTM is the official skills competition of Major League Baseball®. Participants compete in either the baseball or softball division and have the opportunity to advance through three levels of competition: Locals, Team Championships and the Finals during MLB® All-Star Week™.
Competitors compete in four age groups: 7/8, 9/10, 11/12, 13/14. Age is determined as of November 15, 2024
