On August 29, 2023, around 11:30 PM, Idaho County Dispatch received a call regarding an altercation that occurred in Riggins, Idaho. Idaho County Deputies responded and attempted to locate the suspect. After completing the investigation, a male subject was arrested. Waylon Herzig, age 42, of Riggins, Idaho was arrested for felony aggravated battery and misdemeanor criminal trespass.
