Spokane Man Arrested in Colfax Thursday Morning

COLFAX – A Spokane man was arrested in Colfax on a felony warrant out of Spokane County and for being in possession of stolen property. On Thursday, September 8, Whitman County Deputies stopped a vehicle in Colfax for an equipment violation.

The driver, 44-year-old Adam Phipps, a resident of Spokane had a felony warrant for his arrest out of Spokane County for Assault 3rd Degree.

Phipps was pulling a car trailer behind his vehicle and it was determined to be stolen out of Spokane County in 2021.

Phipps was transported to the Whitman County Jail and booked on his Spokane County felony warrant and being in possession of stolen property.
