Bryan Kohberger waived his extradition hearing Tuesday afternoon and will be transported back to Idaho as soon as possible. The process has initiated Kohberger’s return to Idaho, where he faces murder charges for the four University of Idaho students who were stabbed to death Nov. 13. Kohberger was taken into custody after a search warrant was executed at his parents’ house in Albrightsville, Pennsylvania. Details about the case are contained in a probable cause affidavit, which will remain sealed until Kohberger is back in Latah County, Idaho.
