LEWISTON, Idaho – Warrior Women’s Golf added a talented student-athlete to its spring roster in Mexico’s Isabella Barquet. The freshman joins LC State out of Cordoba, Verzcruz.
“Isabella will be an immediate impact player for our team,” Head Coach Zach Anderson said. “She will strengthen our case to make a postseason run this spring. She brings a lot of international tournament experience and should fit right into the culture we have created this year. I can’t wait to see her success on and off the course during her time as a Warrior.”
Barquet competed for Champions Golf Academy under coach Jose Manuel Fernandez for eight years. The freshman brings in top competitive experience with titles at the regional and national level.
