Alisha Alexander | LC State Assistant Athletic Director-Sports Information

LEWISTON – LC State Women’s Golf added Spain’s Giulia Belfontali to the 2024-25 roster to bolster a strong group of incoming freshmen. The future Warrior hails from the Canary Islands.

Belfontali has several top-five finishes in the Spanish Junior Golf Federation-Canary Islands Division. She placed fourth at the Youth Canary Islands Championships.

“Giulia will be a great addition to our program,” Head Coach Zach Anderson said. “She brings in high level international junior golf experience that will translate to college golf immediately. Her personality and goals align with our women’s program which makes this a great fit. Excited to see what she can do as a Warrior.”

Belfontali joins Jane Berry and Mollie Seibly in the class of 2024.
