KANSAS CITY, Mo. – (Release from LC State College Athletics) Three LC State Women’s Golfers earned Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athlete honors, announced by the national office on Monday.
Fifth-year senior Alexandra Schmidt earned the award for the third time in her career, as did junior Deana Caruso. Junior Kyla Currie earned her second accolade.
To be named a Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athlete, a student-athlete must have a 3.5 cumulative GPA and have been at least one year completed at LC State.
