Board of Canvassers to Certify Election Results in Idaho Falls

(Boise, Idaho) – Idaho Secretary of State Phil McGrane, along with other members of the State of Idaho Board of Canvassers – Idaho Controller Brandon Woolf and Treasurer Julie Ellsworth – will be meeting to canvass election results for the 2024 Idaho Primary Election in Idaho Falls tomorrow, Wednesday, June 5. The purpose of the canvass is to officially account for every ballot cast to ensure that every vote is counted correctly.

As set out in Idaho Statute, the Board of Canvassers convenes to canvass results for federal, state, and district offices. The meeting will be held at the Idaho Association of County Clerks Annual Conference in Idaho Falls. This process will be open to the public and media, who can attend in person or view via livestream. Secretary McGrane will be available to answer questions after the meeting concludes.
