Clarkston Woman Arrested for Felony Possession of Methamphetamine

(Clarkston, WA) On October 14, 2024, at approximately 8:37 PM, an Idaho County deputy was on routine patrol in the Kooskia area. He observed a vehicle with a very loud exhaust and a distinct rattle that indicated there was a hole in the muffler or the pipe and performed a traffic stop on the vehicle. 

While speaking with the occupants of the vehicle, K9 Millie and her handler arrived and performed an open-air sniff of the vehicle and K9 Millie alerted. A vehicle search was then conducted, and methamphetamine and paraphernalia were found.

Katherine Calhoun, age 42, of Clarkston, WA, was arrested and booked into the Idaho County jail for felony possession of methamphetamine, she was also cited and charged with misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia as well as cited for infraction failure to provide insurance and infraction muffler not in good working order.

Marcus Jandreau, age 20, of Stites, ID, was also cited and charged with misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
