(Lewiston, ID) Members of the Inland Empire AAU Karate Team from the LC Valley traveled to Fort Lauderdale, Florida this last week to compete in the 2024 AAU Karate National Championships. These athletes are members of the larger Inland Empire Regional Karate Team comprised of teams from the Treasure Valley and Tri-Cities as well, and qualified to compete at the National Championships by placing in the District Championships in Clarkston in March. The regional team together finished in the top ten of total medals awarded amongst the teams nationwide.
