CORVALLIS, Ore. – Thirteen LC State Basketball players were named Academic All-Cascade Conference on Monday. Eight Warrior women and five men earned the honor.
To be named Academic All-Cascade Conference, a student-athlete must maintain a GPA of 3.2 or higher and be at least a sophomore in standing in at least their second year at LC State.
For the women, seniors Maddie Holm and Callie Stevens each earned their third award while junior Ellie Sander brought home her second. Second-year players Camden Barger, Sitara Byrd, Payton Hymas, Ella Nelson and Lindsey Wilson were tabbed with their first academic all-conference nod.
Sam Stockton led the men’s team with his second honor. Davian Brown, Grayson Hunt, John Lustig and Quentin Raynor each took home their first.
