LEWISTON, Idaho — Lewis-Clark State College will celebrate Multicultural Discovery with three campus events during the month of September which are free and open to the public.

The events will kick off with the Friendship Luncheon on Sept. 4 from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Native American stew and fry bread will be served while conversations about awareness and culture take place. The luncheon will be held outside on the east side of the Student Union Building/Center for Student Leadership (SUB/CSL) next to Doks.

On Sept. 11 Cultural Awareness Tabling will take place from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. The tabling will serve as an interactive event where students will be able to learn, ask questions, and have fun with fellow Warriors. The event will be held outside of the SUB/CSL.

Rounding out the celebration will be the annual Food & Culture Night. The event will be at the LC State Williams Conference Center on Sept. 19 from 6-7:30 p.m. A potluck showcasing flavors from around the world followed by the sharing of cultural events will take place that night.
