WHEN…From Noon PDT today through this evening. IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – Slow moving thunderstorms today will increase the risk for flash flooding across the steep terrain and burned areas of north central and northeast Washington, as well as the northern Idaho Panhandle.
