Portion of Waha Lake Road Scheduled to be Closed for Maintenance

LEWISTON – Nez Perce County Road and Bridge Department will be closing Waha Lake Road on Monday, June 26, 2023, from Mile Marker 1 down to the Waha Lake Boat Ramp during the hours of 8:30 a.m. PDT to 4:00 pm PDT.  During this time, crews will be performing roadside maintenance operations consisting of removing a hazardous tree.  Visitors should be advised that while this operation is being performed it will not be safe for the general public to be in this immediate area, due to falling timber and debris.
