The Independent School District No. 1 Board of Directors has elected a new Board President and Board Vice President

Lewiston, Idaho.  The Independent School District No. 1 Board of Directors has elected a new Board President and Board Vice President for the upcoming year. Staci Baldwin was elected the new Board President and Charlette (Char) Kremer was elected Board Vice President at their annual meeting on January 8th, 2024.

 

Staci Baldwin has served on the Board for ten years. She was appointed to her seat on the Board in 2014 and was re-elected in 2015 and 2021. Staci served as the Board Vice President for the previous two years. Baldwin owns her own bookkeeping business and runs the Jackson Baldwin Foundation.

 

Char Kremer has served on the Board for three years. She was appointed to the Board in 2020 and was re-elected in 2023. Kremer retired in 2019 from her career as Director of Grants and Contracts at Lewis-Clark State College. She currently serves as the Chair of the Governor’s Commission for Service and Volunteerism, and on the Board of America’s Service Commission, where she represents seven states in the Mountain West.

 

The District would like to thank Brad Cuddy for serving as the Board President for the last two years. Brad will continue to serve as a member of the Board.  Please join us in welcoming Staci and Char to their new leadership roles.
